Part-time Charity Administrator

Job description          

A fantastic local charity base just north of Birmingham is looking for an immediate available individual for a contract opportunity as part of their well-established fundraising team. You will be required to work 4 days a week on a flexible basis and must possess a good knowledge of CRM systems and excellent admin skills. You will be responsible for the following:
Act as the primary point of contact for all financial donors, handling queries and processing donationsExpert use of the internal database in order to manage the banking and thanking processCollation of packs for all new enquiries in a timely manner as well as managing the referral processAssistance with other relevant administration processes in line with fundraising events and campaignsCoordination of the Gift Aid process including preparation of quarterly HMRC reportAll other relevant administration and client care in line with the fund This is a 6 month contract opportunity.
