Description:
Our client are seeking to appoint an experienced administrator from September 2019 to provide general administration support to the Principal, the Financial Controller, Teachers and other Support staff.
The role will include dealing with students, parents and visitors professionally on a day-to-day basis and supporting the Principal and Financial Controller with admin tasks including handling of confidential material. Experience of basic office accounting systems would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will have experience in a customer-focussed role and excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to relate well to people on all levels with sensitivity, tact and diplomacy. We are looking for a flexible and well-organised individual with the ability to multi-task to join the team.
This role is based in their main Reception area, which can be a busy environment with regular contact with students and visitors; therefore, the ability to work well under pressure and someone with a friendly approach is key.
