Office Assitant - Charity Sector

Job description          

Are you looking for a rewarding and varied role within the charity sector? Are you organised, hardworking and enjoy being in a team? We are currently recruiting an Office Assistant on behalf of a fantastic national charity based in Wolverhampton!

This role will support the team and involve administration, reporting and occasional reception cover. You will deal with database work, managing diaries, reporting for the senior managers and arranging and minuting meetings.
You will also deal with general office duties such as photocopying, shredding, processing post, monitoring and maintaining office supplies, arranging hospitality, etc.

You will expected to be flexible in your approach to work and want to work hard to help meet the needs of the team and the overall aims of the charity. The ideal candidate will have six months’ experience and have a demonstrable interest in a career within the charity sector.

This role is a full time, permanent role with excellent benefits around life/work balance. Standard hours are 37 hours a week.

This role is based in Wolverhampton and is accessible by public transport but also offers parking onsite.
