Finance Administrator

Job description          

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Administrator to join our successful client in Solihull. The Centre Management Team consists of a Centre Manager, Operations Manager, Centre Administrator and Finance Administrator who are responsible for the wellbeing of the centre, its presentation, customer service, maintenance and Health and Safety, whilst managing the service charge on behalf of the client IM Properties. Applicants will need strong analytical capabilities and must be able to work under pressure and to a high standard and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Finance Administrator will be required to process invoices and be a key player in budget reconciliation and enjoy working with spreadsheets.
