About the Role
Job Purpose To provide program support and administration capability to effectively manage National Grid Electricity Transmission Network Innovation Allowance (NIA) and Network Innovation Competition (NIC) programs in accordance with company objectives including supporting the processes for ensuring and demonstrating regulatory compliance, change management and innovation portfolio support.
Key Accountabilities• Provide program administrative support to the NGET innovation team, organize work activities to effectively respond to changes in daily requirements.• Supporting regulatory compliance and reporting processes starting from project initiation to project completion.• Operate and monitor various tools/databases (Coupa, Salesforce) to keep track of ongoing program activities.• Raise Purchase Orders, handle invoices and change management requests.• Develop Management reporting in a variety of formats including quarterly board review meetings; administer the production of management information, data, and reports.• Actively participate and engage with support functions (procurement, legal and finance) to meet
Qualifications:• NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent (or working towards such a qualification)
Technical/Specialist Skills & Experience:• Proven experience and capability in general administration within a changing business environment.• Hands on experience with Microsoft office, Outlook.• Ability to multitask and excellent organisation skills.• Track record of developing working relationships effectively.• Effective communication skills including the ability to manipulate and present data and information to support business requirements.

This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
A competitive salary between £29,082 - £34,214 - dependent on capability
