Job description          

Description:
We are currently recruiting for Pensions Administrator to assist the team during their busy period.

The role requires the following:

Provide a comprehensive administration support
To provide an efficient, professional and responsive customer service to all associated third parties, employees and managers regarding pension scheme administration with a commitment to providing a high quality service.
Provide accurate and timely guidance to employees, giving support in a considerate and professional manner whilst answering queries by telephone, email, on line or in person for individual queries ensuring our call logging system is kept up to date with the query.
This role require excellent administration skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and good numerical skills.

Based in central Coventry therefore easily accessed via major bus and train routes.
