An immediate temporary opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Administrator to join an Electrical Engineering company in Birmingham.

A company who specialises in all aspects of power quality is now seeking for an Office Administrator to join their team on temporary basis.

The Role
You will be able to work well under pressureDealing with all aspects of Office AdministrationData entry using spreadsheetsGeneral admin dutiesContacting customer's regarding quotesDealing with customer enquiries via phone and email
About You
To be successful in the role as an Office Administrator you will:
Have experience within similar roleData entry experienceHave the desire to consistently provide excellent customer serviceHave first class communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and build relationshipsExcellent knowledge of Excel, Word and Emails

The successful Office Administrator will demonstrate the ability to make an immediate impact and in return for your efforts the organisation will seek to provide a long term position within the organisationPaying up to £11.50 per hour35 hours per week - Monday to FridayImmediate start (3 months contract)
