Based in a modern, open plan office, is a place where your day to day work is not about ‘scripting’ and checking boxes, we’re about empowering our people and mentoring them to develop and think for themselves. It's a dynamic and busy role, often working under pressure and to tight deadlines. This is a key role and plays a major part within the team helping to improve the quality of service to our customers and helping our field-based teams succeed in their daily clinics.

You will act as the main point of contact and handle inbound and outbound customer service calls and emails.
You will update customer records on to the CRM system & logging all conversations.
You will communicate internally and externally to ensure accurate and detailed information in order to manage and plan effective clinics.
As with all employees, you will align with Visioncall’s health and safety policy and practices, working towards our organisational values
You will have an awareness of the commercial aims and objectives of the Company.
You will have excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
You will be computer literate, with the ability to use a variety of software packages to a high standard and be highly organised with an excellent attention to detail.
You will possess excellent customer service/ analytical skills.
You will communicate effectively with patients and their families with patience and empathy.
A confident telephone manner and be able to display a high degree of accuracy.
From an Optical background you will be able to interpret prescriptions to allow you to communicate with patients, their families and/ or next of kin regarding their eye care.
Working confidently to a high-volume environment, at pace you will manage your day to day responsibilities.
Awareness of the commercial aims and objectives of the Company
