We’re ideally looking for someone with: Significant experience working in internal communications Previous development or contribution to internal communications strategies Knowledge in measuring the effectiveness of internal communications Exceptional writing skills with a great awareness of audiences Demonstrable web writing skills and experience
About the role As our new internal communications officer, you’ll deliver our internal communications and engagement plan, working with our internal communications and engagement manger and our head of corporate communications - effectively communicating the information colleagues need and want and supporting the development of a culture where employee voice is wholly valued. You’ll be a key member of the project team re-developing our intranet – working to develop a great user experience for our colleagues and place a fantastic intranet at the centre of their communications experience. Location This role will be based in Bristol. Connecting with each other is a doddle, thanks to our technology, but getting face to face is something we value and find time for when we can, so you may need to travel on occasion. Our main offices are in Bristol, Harwell, London and Manchester.
