Successful applicants will receive all recruitment related correspondence via the email account registered on the application form. #RemarkablePeople An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic receptionist to join the Office of the Chief Executive at the heart of the Welsh Ambulance Service.
This very important post will involve a full range of administrative duties including managing a switchboard, post-room and reception area. Previous experience in a similar role is essential. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise with a variety of staff, stakeholders and patients.
The reception area is highly visible and as such the post-holder will be seen as the face of the organisation, so you must be able to remain calm and professional at all times.
You must have the ability to work well in a team and be able to organise and prioritise your workload independently.
This is a full-time role but we would welcome applications from those wishing to job share.
