The NICU offers an exciting opportunity to work in the Practice Development role for NICU and lead a practice development team that will promote and provide an effective culture in which staff can develop and deliver patient centred and evidence based care that represents the Trusts objectives and incorporates the national agenda’s for the neonatal patient group.

Excellent communication skills are essential and you will have the opportunity to influence education, development and learning for all staff working in the NICU.

The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is a specialist regional intensive care unit providing specialist neonatal medical, surgical and intensive care within the East of England Neonatal Operational Delivery. It is the regional centre for specialist neonatal neurosurgery, opthamology and ENT surgery

This post is subject to a satisfactory DBS clearance and as a result, you will be required to pay the associated fee of £47.50. This fee will be deducted from your second month’s salary.
