Customer Service Team Leader - Job Overview Working with the Customer Service team to deliver an exceptional service to customers based within the UK and within international markets Driving the continual improvement of the department Coach and develop a team, planning for internal progression and succession planning Ensuring all administrative requirements of the role meet Customer and legislative requirements Supporting the Customer Care Manager with continuous improvement within the department Facilitate training and the ongoing development of the Customer Care team Ensure all external agreements and export documents are correctly set up and compliant Support investigations in response to customer feedback and captured issues Ensure correct management and reporting of financial statements (orders, invoices and credits) in line with financial month end deadlines Development of team KPI’s with support of Customer Care Manager and Head of Supply Chain services Support key projects needing the involvement of key management Customer Service Team Leader - Skills & Experience Required Previous experience of working in a customer care environment essential FMCG/export/sales order processing experience required Demonstrable experience of supporting a small team needed Confidence to work with various levels of internal and external stakeholders Strong ability to problem solve and actively listen Persuasive & influencing approach Hands on approach to team with skills centred around gaining team trust Customer Service Team Leader - Benefits Offered £30,000 - £33,000 pa + enhanced benefits package including pension, critical illness, above average holiday and profit related pay bonus schemes Beautiful working environment, with modern facilities with parking available on site Hugely successful employer with a fantastic brand reputation
