Marshall ADG are recruiting for a forward thinking and proactive administration professional to support our Internal Resourcing Team based in Cambridge. This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to immerse themselves in a high performing and interesting working environment. You will be required to work closely with the Resourcing Team providing a mix of administrative tasks. This would suit a proactive, resourceful and dedicated administrator that can deal with conflicting priorities and an ever-changing landscape with ease. The ability to act with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality is also essential. Key Responsibilities: In this role you will ensure that all candidates receive a seamless experience of the recruitment process at Marshall ADG. This will include: Booking meeting rooms for interviews Ensuring that candidates are booked-in with Reception / Visitors Centre Dealing with queries from candidates by telephone and e-mail, communicating effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process to further enhance their experience Liaison with HR Support and Security to track the progress of pre-employment screening, flagging any challenges / anomalies to the appropriate member of the Resourcing Team in a timely manner Provide support to colleagues within the wider HR team as and when opportunities arise, to promote collaborative working and sharing of information Proactively review relevant systems and processes within own area of work and make recommendations to improve efficiency Input into The Applicant Tracking System (Smart Recruiter) to ensure accurate recording and produce reports to provide the team with the information it needs to support decision making Follow all relevant policies, procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner and to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including HR best practice and GDPR Legislation Respond to practical queries using initiative and judgement to provide a customer orientated service to internal and external stakeholders Working on HR projects assigned to you by the Head of Resourcing. Experience You are likely to have previous experience of working within a Recruitment or HR environment. Alternatively, you may have experience in an administrative role where professional customer service is of paramount importance.
Qualifications

Skills / Knowledge Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) Ability to provide accurate and efficient service under pressure Skilled in organising tasks and establishing priorities Understanding of the importance of confidentiality Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to communicate professionally with stakeholders at all levels Ability to deal with sensitive information Attention to detail, and a service-oriented attitude Ability to work with a degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritising multiple tasks, and using good judgment to resolve problems Experience of using an applicant tracking system or other HR software is desirable but not essential.

Due to the nature of our business, all employment is subject to satisfactory references being obtained, attainment of either an MoD SC (Security Check), appropriate UK Criminal Record Check or Foreign Police Check (whichever is applicable depending on duration of UK residency) and, as applicable, a medical assessment. Access to US technical data by employees requires prior Trade Control function approval. Clearance must be carried out against all applicable US export control authorisations.
