We are looking for a candidate to join the Matron team in Division C. This role will give you the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and broaden your knowledge of the nursing agenda within the organisation.

You will be a Registered Nurse who has proven leadership experience in a Senior Nurse role. You will have the ability to critically think and to work collaboratively with operational colleagues to support the Trust to achieve its key priorities.

You will work alongside Senior Nursing, Medical and Management colleagues across the Trust and Division to embed quality, efficiency and effectiveness into every patient's pathway and support the Divisional Head of Nursing in ensuring safe and effective care is delivered to all patients.

You will be integral in developing the nursing teams by engaging in the recruitment and retention strategy and education programmes. As a bleep holder you will report on staffing and patients' safety across the Division and support the division with patient flow across the organisation.
