Theatre Team Leader | Theatres | Band 7 equivalent | Cambridge | Full Time, Mon-Sat Due to growth and development of the Theatre Team, Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital has an opportunity for an experienced Scrub Practitioner to lead their dedicated team. Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital offers comprehensive private hospital services in a comfortable and relaxed environment to patients from Cambridgeshire and East Anglia. The Hospital is going through a £10 million refit which will modernise our 5 Theatres and 44 bedded ward. We also have an Endoscopy suite and an extended 2 bed recovery unit. Duties and responsibilities You will be leading a small team of experienced scrub practitioners Supporting and developing your team Acting as a role model for the wider theatre team Coordinating 5 theatres on rotation Who we're looking for An interest in development and progression is encouraged and reinforced, offering the opportunity to complete the surgical first assist course and specialise within the surgical areas on offer. Registered Nurse/Operating Department Practitioner with scrub experience General surgery and laparoscopic experience Previous experience in a Senior / Team Leader role Experience of working in teams and with minimum supervision HCPC or NMC registration Benefits We offer employees a competitive salary as well as a comprehensive benefits package which includes but is not limited to:
