Technical Support Coordinator, £30,000 per annum dependant on experience Hitchin, Hertfordshire Full Time / Permanent, Monday to Friday, 8.30-17.00 Due to company growth our Client is seeking a Full time Technical Support Coordinator to join their busy team in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. Key Tasks Provide Technical Support for Product SalesSupport Customers via both telephone and email, advising them of the correct partsKeeping up to date on product ranges and new productsTrain internal staff and external customersMaintain product drive and ensure it’s kept up to dateOn-site customer support, including providing support to engineers Skills and Experience required Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar roleUnderstand project life cycleMust have knowledge of SAPMust be fully IT literateMust have a technical mindsetMust be self-motivatedCAD knowledge is desirable If you’re interested in applying for this role, please contact Lisa Newby on 01438 741833 Or alternatively, apply via the link below.
