We are looking for a highly motivated, appropriately skilled, reliable and enthusiastic Estates Maintenance Worker (Mechanical Bias) to join our busy Estates team at Lister Hospital. The post holder will be required to carry out day-to-day reactive & planned engineering maintenance works in a busy hospital setting whilst working unsupervised to maintain the Trusts plumbing and mechanical plant, equipment and specialist building services as found in a large acute General Hospital. The ability to work well under pressure and previous experience of working in the NHS or similar environment in the mechanical maintenance field is essential together with full mechanical or plumbing qualifications.
