Part-Time Administrator (Contract - Immediate Start)

Do you want a role in East Lothian, close to home? Seeking part-time hours? Look no further, we have the role for you! Taking on the role of an Administrator, you would join our client for a maternity contract lasting 6 months working Monday - Friday 12pm - 5pm, with a salary of £18,500 pro rata. Duties and Tasks: Ensuring all administration requests (including stationery requests) that come in to the mailbox are actioned in a timely manner Distributing incoming mail as required Providing reception cover when needed Liaising, where appropriate, with other areas e.g. Reception, Print Room Skills and Experience Required: Previous Administration experience is essential Strong organisational skills and attention to detail The ability to work independently or as part of a team Good multi-tasking skills The ability to prioritise workload and work towards deadlines Good oral and written communication skills Work well with staff at all levels and in different departments Flexible and adaptable to change Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Word Whilst we'd love to get back to every applicant personally, it isn't always possible and sadly we cannot provide individual feedback.
