Are you an experienced Office Administrator?

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Administrator to work for a fast paced organisation based in the West End of the City. You will be expected to cover a range of duties, including:

Dealing with incoming calls Meeting and greeting visitors Assisting with invoices Typing and sending of letters Data entry Dealing with incoming and outgoing post Scanning and filling General office duties Diary management of meeting rooms and hospitality You will need:
