Over the last 2 years, SpotHost has generated more than £1.2 million in rental income for our clients who are property owners by offering simple property management solutions. We manage properties on OTAs such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, etc. With the growing operations across Glasgow and Edinburgh, we are now looking to add more enthusiastic and passionate people to our super team.

As a Super Housekeeper, you will be part of our wonderful housekeeping team who are responsible for ensuring the properties are clean and well presented before the guests arrive and also meet and greet the guests at the property to hand over the keys. This is why you will be a ‘Super’ Housekeeper and not just a Housekeeper.
To succeed at this role, you must possess an outgoing personality and enjoy meeting new people from different backgrounds. Well-spoken and written English is vital as well as excellent customer service skills. Being multi-lingual and having local knowledge of Glasgow will be desirable.
You will be an ambassador of the SpotHost brand and we expect you to be friendly, helpful and honest at all times. For this type of role you must have the ability to deal with all types of guests and be able to work as part of a professional team.
Your main responsibility will be to clean the properties to Airbnb standard after guests check out and meet and greet the guests when they arrive by a warm welcome. We take pride in our meet and greet service so this is where you will be expected to show your excellent customer service skills and local expertise by giving the guests tips on what to see and visit in the City
We are a small team with big ideas! Everyone in our team is involved with all aspects of our daily operations. If capacity allows, you will be involved in a variety of projects on top of your day-to-day tasks to ensure an efficient operation during our off-peak periods.

Previous customer service experience
Previous housekeeping/cleaning experience
