Patient Transport Services – Team Leader – Basingstoke

As a Team Leader you will be responsible for the day to day supervision and management of a team of Ambulance Care Assistants (ACA’s) this will involve management of personnel, monitoring / performance management, sickness, and annual leave following relevant HR Policies and Procedures. To be familiar with and adhere to service plans policies, procedures and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
The post holders will provide leadership and management direction to the operational teams within Basingstoke. You will work closely with the Senior Operations Manager to ensure that service delivery maintains the standards required as per our contractual arrangements and Service Level Agreements.
The successful candidate will be an ambassador for the Trust, and in particular Patient Transport Service, assisting in the development of close working relationships with our users.

You will be willing to commit to a three week, full time training programme based at our Newbury Resource and Education Centre.
