An exciting opportunity has arisen for and enthusiastic experienced nurse to lead our hospital, community and family support specialist palliative care teams based at Salisbury Hospice. This post is a senior nursing role responsible for leading CNS teams in providing specialist advice, education and support for patients, carers and health care professionals. Candidates will have first level registration, completed a first level degree and have experience in specialist palliative care in both the hospital and the community.
