Quality Improvement Officer

Job description          

The Clinical Commissioning Group and Local Authority rely on the residential and domiciliary care market to provide safe quality care for our most vulnerable residents. The joint CCG and LA Quality Improvement Team works with providers to improve the quality of care, the experience of Portsmouth residents and the sector's resilience. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional passionate about working with social care providers. You will be part of the small team comprising of three staff. You will work with the team to coordinate and develop existing and new quality improvement initiatives to maximise benefits and support the sector. You will work closely with residential and domiciliary care providers and other services providing care and support in the sector.
