Part Time Office Administrator

Job description          

Monday to Friday, hours around 10am – 3pm (Flexible) £8.50 per hour Barnsley, South Yorkshire Part Time, Temporary Commercial Part Time Office Administrator A dynamic, fast moving company is seeking to recruit an Experienced Office Administrator to join their team based in Tankersley, Barnsley. Benefits: Immediate starts available Opportunity for a permanent contract after 12 week probation Guaranteed 25 hours Monday to Friday, hours around 10am – 3pm (Flexible) £8.50 per hour Main duties of the job: Answering the phone and directing calls accordingly Handling and processing of customer orders via Sage General administration duties such as filling, scanning, use of franking machine and other general administration duties. Ensuring the system is updated with customer data accurately General office admin duties Use of Microsoft package, outlook, excel etc. Skills Required Experience within an office environment Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook is required. Attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines is essential. Excellent communication skills
