We have Bank shifts/temporary work available for this role available at Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh NHS Foundation Trust (WWL).
Location is commutable from Manchester, Salford, Eccles, Bolton, Warrington, St. Helens, Chorley and Preston.
Days: £19.21 Saturdays/Nights: £24.98 Sunday/Bank Hols: £30.74

To apply for these posts, you will:
Have a minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Speech and Language Therapy Role
Accredited Degree or equivalent within appropriate area
Registered with HCPC
Experience evidenced by completion of specialist courses, post graduate training in oncology/palliative care
Advanced communication skills training
Teaching qualification or evidence of good experience with teaching multi professional team
Theoretical knowledge of communication and swallowing impairments
Knowledge of a broad range of assessment tool relevant to palliative care including leading a videofluoroscopy clinic, analysing and interpreting results
In depth knowledge of appropriate therapeutic interventions
Experience of working with adults with acquired communications and/or swallowing problems
Experience in specialist field of cancer/palliative care
Ability to undertake community visits
Excellent interpersonal skills
Undertake regular mandatory training
