Job description          

37.5 hours per week.

We are currently recruiting for a motivated, enthusiastic individual who possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work effectively within a team. You must be able to work with frequent interruptions in a busy environment and able to work efficiently to targets and deadlines. You must also be able to prioritise and manage workloads.

It is important that you have first class customer service skills along with a professional telephone manner. You must also have good keyboard skills and knowledge of general office systems and protocols in a customer related environment. Will be covering various admin and clerical duties in line with service demands.

Must be educated to GSCE level or able to demonstrate equivalent level of experience and demonstrate keyboard skills.

You will be working within the Admissions/Endoscopy Department at the Royal Albert Edward Infirmary, Wigan site, however, you may be required to work on other sites if cover is needed.

The service operates between Monday - Friday 7.30am and 7pm. Some Saturday working could be required. You would be expected to work hours within these times as agreed, however it is necessary to be flexible and able to adapt quickly to change and altering work patterns.
