Wirral Community Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust's HR Team are looking for an organised and motivated, customer focussed individual to support us in recruiting the amazing people who are directly influencing the health, care and well-being of our friends, family and the communities we serve.
Based at the heart of the Wirral community at St Catherine’s Health Centre, Birkenhead, you will join our team during an incredibly exciting time of transformation and development, with the imminent implementation of a brand new applicant management system that will revolutionise our service provision to the Trust and enable us to implement new ideas and processes across HR. We want to make a real difference to the candidate journey.
Reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader, you will provide front line advice and guidance to managers and applicants who are being recruited into our organisation. You will advertise posts, manage pre-employment checks in line with the NHS Employment Standards, send out offer letters and issue contracts of employment. You will play a crucial part in helping managers follow safe recruitment practices.
As an ambassador for the team, you must have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus with the ability to demonstrate attention to detail and be able to work as part of a team. The ability to prioritise and manage your own workload is essential.
Previous experience of working in a HR/Recruitment role and a solid knowledge of Microsoft packages, along with being highly competent with electronic systems would be an excellent foundation for taking on this role.
