Entry Level Graduate Office Administrator

Job description          

We are currently promoting a fantastic opportunity within a quirky and sociable Fintech organisation. You will be working in the companies stylish and modern central London offices situated in close proximity to restaurants and bars. The company ensure a positive work environment with an emphasis placed on ensuring a healthy work life balance of its staff members.

This is a graduate position looking for an organised, motivated and dependable individual to provide administrative support to the team. You will need to be personable and have strong communication skills as you will become an influential point of contact for a number of departments within their organisation. You will need to be adaptable as you will be working on a number of ad hoc project including events, document production, marketing and customer engagement. Previous professional service experience will be beneficial but not necessary.

They key responsibilities of this position will be to manage meeting room allocations, providing PA support to key personnel within the company, data entry and customer service.
