You will be responsible for ensuring our customers queries can be handled in an efficient manner and where possible that you and your team go the extra mail. You will also be responsible for undertaking general reception duties where necessary, including processing payments, signing in visitors and other clerical duties.

Previous experience working as a receptionist would be extremely beneficial for this role as well as experience managing a small group of people. You should have previous experience in a role where you have had to juggle a busy work load with an ability to prioritise requests. As Receptionist you will need a background within a customer focused environment and excellent customer service skills. You will be the face of Places Leisure therefore we need you to have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels with tact and discretion. You should have a strong background in a clerical role with a high level of administrative skills.
