Job description          

The role:
XLN are pleased to support an Operations Administrator support. We are looking for a driven individual who is able to communicate with confidence with our customers. The role requires working in a team to resolve issues our customers may have.

The job:
Experience of merchant services, card payments and ecommerce preferred
Check queries and orders that you have been given specific responsibility for
Feedback to customers where orders require additional information
Liaise with suppliers for order follow-ups
Liaise with customers to ensure they are kept up to date on order progress
Escalate issues with suppliers where orders do not progress correctly Escalate issues to your line manager if issue is not progressing in timely manner
Deal with any service issues that customers may call regarding
Feed back to managers and sales teams where orders have not been processed correctly
Document any system defects that have not already been reported
Dealing with customer queries via phone and email
Communicating with internal and external suppliers to resolve provisioning queries
Manage the renewals supply and logistics process, and associated reporting
Provide support to the CPS Operations Manager by taking ownership of shared mailboxes
Producing daily/weekly/monthly reports for the CPS Operations Manager

Experience/ qualifications and skills required:
Ability to multi-task
Excellent written and verbal skills
Pro-active attitude when things go wrong
Ability to work under time and completion deadlines
Take responsibility for own actions and development
Receive feedback in a positive manner, actively build positive relationships

Willingness to take on additional tasks as and when required
Understanding that reward linked to performance
Demonstrate positive attitude at all times
Good Analytical Skills
Highly Numerate
Ability to work without management
Experience in Telecoms and Call Centre Environment
