Job description

You will be an enthusiastic self-starter who is able to use your initiative and work under minimal supervision. You will be a team player who works collaboratively with others showing a willingness to continually develop your levels of knowledge. You will provide a comprehensive support service to the Case Preparation and Presentation team, to assist with the preparation of cases for hearing and to support our in-house lawyers and case coordinators with essential administrative tasks to progress cases in line with the rules, operational standards and performance measures. You will also be able to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Skills & Experience Experience of working in an administrative role Understanding/experience of casework – desirable but not essential Experience of working in a legal/regulatory environment – desirable but not essential Excellent communication skills – both in writing and verbal High quality of customer service skills Able to deal with a high workload, conflicting deadlines and strong attention to detail Data inputting experience Why work for the NMC?
