Part Time Administrator

Job description          

Our client a luxury Design company based in Chelsea has an exciting opportunity for a part time administrator to join their team. They are looking for a new member to support our small and friendly team.

This is a part-time administrative role helping to assist with the smooth running of the business. The position would suit someone who thrives on administration, has excellent attention to detail and enjoys working within a busy environment.

The Role:

Processing quotes and orders through to completion Checking the status of orders Updating records Booking couriers Recording and following up on general enquiries General office duties
Ideal Candidate:

Computer Literate (Word, Excel, Mail etc.) Strong administrative skills, spoken and written English Excellent attention to detail Approachable, enthusiastic, friendly, people-person Experience in customer service (or similar would be helpful) Pro-active, quick-thinking with the ability to prioritise tasks Works well under pressure
