Becoming a Complaints Handler with Capita Primary Care Support England (PCSE): PCSE are looking for a Complaints Handler to join their team in Blackburn as we work with NHS England in delivering their Primary Care administration functions. The successful candidate be responsible for receiving, investigating, and responding to complaints within contractual service levels. The position holder will be an integral part of the Customer Support team ensuring that all claimants are provided with excellent customer service. What you will do: Ensure all complaints are logged accurately, acknowledges, and a resolution provided in accordance with contractual service level agreements Receive and manage complaints directly via telephone, email, and post Perform preliminary classification of complaints Escalate serious complaints in line with company procedures Gather information from other areas of the business in order to investigate complaints fully Communicate effectively internally and externally using appropriate methods of communication Your experience will include: Previous complaint handling experience Proven ability to communicate effectively Exceptional organisation skills, accuracy, and a meticulous approach to data input Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously Experience of working to agreed service levels PC skills including Microsoft Office About Capita PCSE At Primary Care Support England (PCSE), part of Capita plc, we’re committed to providing services that underpin the NHS in delivering high quality primary care services for patients.
