Focusing on delivering the highest standard of services to the Trust through our well established Non-clinical Risk and Estates and Facilities Team, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health and Safety Advisor to join our dynamic team.

This is a small team so there is a requirement for each team member to be flexible and develop skills and knowledge across the whole PFI and Facilities management agenda.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with a can-do attitude to join our busy team. You should have a flexible approach and a passion for maintaining high service standards to ensure the best possible health and safety standards are achieved.
The role will suit someone who thrives in a varied and challenging role. You will have highly developed organisational skills, IT skills, the ability to deal with people at all levels with tact and diplomacy and experience of managing estates and facilities services and staff.

The interview will take place on 1st/2nd October, 2019 and will consist of an assessment, including a short Health and Safety related presentation to be delivered to the interview panel, details of which will be provided on the day, along with a competency based interview.
