Head of Sales - Hospitality

The Hut Group have recently ventured into the premium hospitality market with our acquisition of The Eclectic Hotels in Manchester City Centre. We are now looking for a reputable Head of Sales from within the Hospitality industry to take control for our all aspects of our sales and revenue across King Street Townhouse and Great John Street Hotel.

Responsibilities include: Management of Sales & Events team Development and maintenance of sales accounts. Delivering growth targets for hotels Identifying and developing innovative and new business steams Retaining and growing existing business. Defining and implementation of yearly strategy and business plan Oversee room rate strategy and pricing Building bespoke industry leading weddings/events packages To drive revenue across all markets To be the Sales Ambassador for King Street Townhouse and Great John Street. Network within local business forums to drive share and win new business Work closely with THGs Central function to support and win business into the hotel Understand the developments within the local business community and competition pricing Create a monthly sales report to the CEO of Portfolio To measure & track all key accounts to ensure they produce revenue for P&L Achieves individual and team goals within assigned market segment & key accounts Liaise with the PR Agency in Line with the Companies Vision Requirements Experienced hotel sales manager with significant proactive sales experience Meticulous attention to detail Previous experience managing sales team. Knowledge of market segments and sales revenues Quality driven with customer relationship management skills and ability to negotiate Strong organisational skills, effective decision-making skills, problem solving skills Financial management experience and commercial knowledge delivering budgeted figures Ability to support, develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies Passionate, details orientated and a desire to succeed and progress.
