Operations Administrator Trafford Park £18,000 – £20,000 Platinum Recruitment Group are supporting a Media business in Trafford Park on a role to support three core areas of the business: Finance, HR & Office Support. The business Directors have recognised a requirement for an Administrator to join them and have exposure to the all areas of a company where you will work towards a promotion in your first 12 – 18 months. You will be responsible for supporting the Finance Director, HR Manager & the Office Manager with: Finance duties: Creating and sending invoices to clients Logging of staff hours on Excel and submitting the hours to the Finance Director Creating statistics and reports on profit & loss for the Finance Director via Excel HR duties: Writing job adverts and screening CV’s for recruitment campaigns Telephone interviewing potential candidates and booking in face to face interviews Writing up contracts of employment & processing new starters onto the in-house system Office Support duties: Arranging travel & accommodation for Directors and Management Typing quotations for clients and submitting quote documents to the respected parties Attending meetings with clients and management to take notes and provide assistance when necessary This is a business support role in a general capacity giving you the exposure to be able to develop a career path suited to yourself & your skills, therefore perfect if you are looking for a long term role and not just a ‘next job.’ If you hold experience in administration and can portray relevant experience to the above duties, then please apply or email your CV to
