The role is responsible for the filing of correspondence in patient case notes, tracking case notes in and out utilising the PAS systems and the transportation of case notes to agreed areas around the Trust.

The successful applicant must have:
Good verbal communication skillsExperience in the use of office equipment e.g. Computer, photocopier, ScannerEducation to GCSE level (or equivalent)Experience of working within an office environmentGood team member experience Please note the Endoscopy Administration team is a 7 day working department including weekends and evenings.

Please note if you are successful in obtaining this position and the post involves regulated activity you will be required to undertake a Disclosure & Barring Service check. The Trust will pay for the check initially and the money will then be deducted from your first month’s salary. The current price of a check is £47.50 plus VAT for an enhanced and £29.50 plus VAT for a standard check. Further details of the Disclosure & Barring Service check will be confirmed upon offer of employment.
