eRostering Administrator

Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust’s innovative, OSCAR-nominated team providing eRostering services and excellent customer support across the divisions and geographical area.

eRostering relates to a software solution that supports duty rosters and annual leave management throughout the clinical areas within the Trust. eRostering allows for rotas to be produced and amended, monitoring of vacant shifts, annual leave and shortfalls in staffing and is the system through which the majority of substantive and bank timesheets are electronically paid. The role will involve regular monitoring of the system to ensure it is being utilised to its maximum potential and supporting the clinical areas to achieve this, and working with the eRostering Advisors and Lead to support system users of a variety of clinical and non-clinical backgrounds and seniority levels.

You will provide an effective, efficient and customer focused service to our clinical staff supporting them with the use of this system, including responding to day to day queries such as password resets, log in queries and training issues. You will be required to maintain accurate electronic and paper records. You will be required to work Monday- Friday 9-5 although flexibility to work outside of these may be required as necessary.

This role requires an enthusiastic individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team and good IT skills are essential, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and databases. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy environment, a strong desire to learn new things and a confident and pleasant telephone manner.

Previous experience of Allocate Software solutions including HealthRoster is desirable.
