What you’ll do

The Contract Administrator will be required to complete invoice checks and Purchase/Sales Ledger administration. The Contract Administrator will be part of the team that is also responsible for daily office duties, for example, taking phone calls, customer complaints, office supplies, filing, daily data processing.

The Contract Administrator will provide administrative cover for the general office operations of the site and liaise with external suppliers as and when appropriate. The Contract Administrator will liaise with suppliers to ensure all queries are managed and resolved in a timely manner.

The Contract Administrator will work closely with the wider administration and operations teams to ensure a quality service is provided at all times. You will regularly work with different systems like SAP, AGORA and Sage, and use Google Sheets daily.
Qualifications
The experience you will need

Essential
:
Good computer and Excel knowledge
Good communications skills
Good telephone manner
Ability to handle large amounts of information, prioritise and organise workloads
Must be numerate and have good attention to detail
Confident speaking to colleagues, customers, and third-party individuals.
Experience with purchase and sales ledger

Desirable
:
Manage and challenge irregular patterns to ensure the continued high standards of information quality and integrity
Experience in the Waste Management industry
Payroll experience and a grounding in finance administration

Where you’ll work

The role will be based at Freeth Street in Nottingham. You will be reporting to the Senior Contract Administrator.
The office is an open plan layout and you will be working as a part of a team of six. The site will be occupied by transport and finance teams as well.
