Workplace, Institution & Leisure Professional - East Midlands - Derby/Leicester/Loughborough/Nottingham/Peterborough What you become a part of
As a member of the Workplace Institution & Leisure Team which is part of the wider Field Sales Regional Account Team. You will be responsible for delivering the picture of success and maximising the sales revenue of profit across a geographical territory of Workplace, Institution and Leisure accounts and unlocking and developing new business opportunities and you would be reporting into the Workplace, Institution and Leisure Field Sales Manager. What to expect
The role of Workplace, Institution & Leisure Professional includes the total account ownership of University accounts, managing the largest Leisure accounts in GB at outlet level Including Stadia and utilising the Premiership sponsorship to deliver activation excellence. Managing a collection of financial accounts such as regional contract caterers, regional Leisure accounts, third party vending operators & large vending customers and importantly unlocking new business across regional Leisure and Caterer accounts Key elements of this role include:
Building and Managing a Territory of Workplace, Institution and Leisure Accounts to agreed Account Numbers and coverage frequencies To deliver individual outlet execution improvement via PICOS Measurement Financially managing regional contract caterers and Leisure account, Full Service Vending & third party vending operators Proactively identifying, winning and developing new regional accounts to agreed targets Collaborating with RTM, Commercial Finance, The HUB and logistic colleagues to insure the excellent customer support for our customers. Working proactively with the Channel teams to deliver the national plan within the multi-site environments Working collaboratively with the Wider Workplace, Institution and Leisure field sales teams, sharing best practice and opportunities to grow profitable volume Developing a comprehensive internal & external, contact strategy whilst also building industry knowledge of Workplace, Institution and Leisure environments will be critical to the success of this role What we expect of you
