Our client, a well established organisation based in Henley are currently looking for a Front of House Assistant to create an excellent first impression for their visitors. This is on on-going temporary position starting on the 27th August. As the Front of House Assistant you will be responsible for the following: Welcome all visitors to reception and maintain a high level of customer service whilst dealing with a busy switchboard. Communicate efficiently with various departments, clients, cleaners and caterers. Issue visitor passes, keys and log information on the system. Book meeting rooms and highlight last minute changes to ensure smooth running business. The successful candidate would have the following skills and experience: Reception experience Excellent customer service skills Well presented, reliable and punctual Strong communication skills both written and verbal PC literate This is a full time role Mon - Fri paying £10ph.
