The Role:
Working as part of a team within our fast paced Customer Contact Centre, you will effectively deal with inbound calls from our highly valued customers within the service department. You will act as an ambassador to our customers with first class call handling skills; advising on appliance usage, trouble shooting, service bookings and accessory order processing. Our advisors are professional, efficient and consistently deliver the highest level of customer care.

The Hours and Start Date:
We are looking for part-time and full-time applicants. Our full time roles are 37.5 hours per week. Shifts are allocated on a rota basis, with the earliest start: 8am, latest finish: 8pm. There is a requirement to work Saturdays on a rotational basis.

Successful candidates will be required to attend an Assessment Day on September 10th 2019.

Successful candidates will join a group induction (3 weeks) starting on Monday 7th October 2019. Unfortunately we will not be able to progress applicants who can’t make either of the start dates and the subsequent induction programmes.

Part-time applicants: In order to complete the relevant training, you will be required to attend the initial induction period of three weeks. This will be full-time, Monday to Friday and will ensure that you participate in a comprehensive training plan in preparation for your career at Miele.

The Person:
We are looking for candidates who have had experience in Customer Services, preferably within other premium brands. You will be expected to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing as well as using computers whilst talking to customers. You will be given a thorough induction programme that will cover all of the necessary skills to succeed in the role and deliver a premium brand service.

The Offer:
Salary: Level 1 £18,360 FTE (depending on experience)
Performing successfully in the role you could have the potential to earn up to £20,400pa
Bonus: up to 5% bonus paid in February
