Job description          

Our client is a well-established rentals company based in Bicester. They are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join their team as an Administrator. With their large client base, they are looking for someone who can become a vital part of the day to day operations of the company by being proactive in their approach to daily tasks. For the right candidate this could be a great opportunity to go into a company which is still growing and is stable in doing so. In return for the work put into this role, the successful candidate will have a great platform to continue their personal growth into their career. Main responsibilities: Collecting the information from clients in relation to credit checks. Accurate data entry onto the company systems. Have the ownership of the credit applications. Liaising with external personnel to place vehicle orders on the company system. Liaise with other suppliers related to the business to ensure that any extra materials for vehicles are ordered. Diligently checking that all paperwork is sent to the client and returned. Dealing with any queries from clients and find a resolution which all parties are happy with. Various other ad hoc duties at the request by your manager. Key Skills & Experience: Excellent telephone manner and communications skills. A good understanding of apps. Great attention to detail when completing administrative tasks. Must be able to put your own point across in a clear manner. Competent on Microsoft Office programs. Being proactive within the job role. The ability to be a problem solver. Must be a team player.
