Flexible Healthcare Assistant

Job description

We are looking for reliable, caring and committed individuals to join our supportive and rewarding Community Hospital staffing team.

What can we offer you? You will be paid at top of Band 3, work locally in your own community in a variety of settings and have access to paid trust training.

We know how important your work life balance is and being able to work within an environment that supports this. By joining our flexible team you can choose shifts that suit your lifestyle.

You will support the nursing team to deliver outstanding care, showing warmth and support to our patients and their families; helping to promote independence and dignity and positively enhancing the lives of individuals in our care.

Our teams work hard to ensure high quality patient centered care is at the heart of everything we do and our staff are supported in their roles and encouraged to develop. As a team member you will receive on-going support and development to enhance the care you provide to the people we support.

If you are passionate about making a difference to the lives of the people who use our services, and those who care for them and want to contribute to an organisation which is continuously striving to improve then we would love to hear from you.

In return we can offer you competitive rates of pay with the option of being paid weekly or monthly, flexibility of shifts and a range of opportunities and experiences.

Please note that you will be required to complete your Initial Trust Induction training prior to undertaking shifts as a flexible worker. The training is held on 5 consecutive days, and you will be paid for attending this training.
