Service Advisor

Job description

As a Service Advisor working for the Jaguar Land Rover Retail Network you are an integral part of the team supporting the delivery of customer first service in the aftersales division.

Your role is to ensure customers’ expectations are exceeded and any complaints are effectively resolved. Maintain all customer databases accurately and ensure you contact all customers in a timely manner, hitting key targets.

Job Responsibilities

You will display the following skills and experience:


Dealing with customers promptly and exceeding customer expectations both face to face and over the telephone.

Able to organise and prioritise work effectively to achieve targets in a timely and efficient manner.

Works effectively in partnership with all colleagues, keeping the customer up to date with updates received from other departments.

Take the opportunity to offer customers additional products or services where meaningful to the customer’s needs.

Excellent accuracy when maintaining records and IT literate.

A self-starter committed to driving your own development and learning.

Valid UK Driving License.

Ideally you will demonstrate the following:


Previous experience in an aftersales role is an advantage.

An awareness of vehicle mechanics - not essential.
