Office Administrator

Job description          

Our client, a well-established business within Financial Services is looking to recruit a part time office administrator to join their friendly team. You will be based in their offices in Ripley, Derbyshire. This is a permanent position and you will be working 20 hours per week. To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials: Excellent telephone manner Proficient using Microsoft Word and Excel Experience within a similar role Knowledge of Financial Services would be beneficial but not essential The successful candidate will be providing administrative support to the directors of the business and the office team. Within this position, you’ll also be: Looking after the reception area Answering the telephone and making outbound calls Processing statements Providing support where necessary to the office team Carrying out general administration duties
